Common questions

Are you a real estate agent?
No. I am a relocation advisor, not a real estate agent. I work alongside agents, not instead of them. My job is to handle the personal and logistical side of your move. The neighborhoods, the lifestyle fit, the vendors, the community connections, the questions nobody else is asking. When you are ready to find a home your agent handles the transaction. I handle everything around it.
What cities in Sonoma County do you serve?
I serve all of Sonoma County including Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Sonoma, Windsor, Rohnert Park, and Guerneville. I grew up in Santa Rosa and have a deep connection to this county. Whether you are drawn to the wine country lifestyle of Healdsburg, the artsy feel of Sebastopol, or the energy of Santa Rosa, I can help you find exactly where you belong.
Do you work with renters or just buyers?
Both. I work with renters and buyers equally. Whatever your situation, the support is the same.
Do I need to be local for this to work?
Not at all. Most of my work happens remotely through calls, shared documents, and real-time communication. That is kind of the whole point. You do not need to be there to make confident decisions.
How is this different from just hiring a real estate agent?
A real estate agent works for a transaction. I work for you. I have no financial stake in where you land or what you sign. My job is to make sure you make the right decision, not the fastest one.
What if I am relocating internationally?
International arrivals are one of my specialties. I cover U.S. systems orientation, banking and credit setup guidance, documentation referrals, and cultural context that most locals take for granted. You will not be figuring it out alone.
When should I reach out in my relocation timeline?
The earlier the better. Most clients come to me 4 to 12 weeks before their move. That said, I have helped people who reached out with two weeks to go. It is never too late to get the right support in place.
Can I customize a package?
Yes, always. The packages on this site are starting points. On your free intro call we will talk through exactly what you need and I will put together a quote that fits your situation.
Do you only work with clients moving to Sonoma County, San Francisco, or Las Vegas?
Those three are where I know the neighborhoods, the vendors, and the community inside and out. But a lot of what I do, cutting through decision fatigue, building a real plan, being someone you can actually reach, is not specific to those cities. If your move is taking you somewhere else, reach out and tell me about it. I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
